  I used to go get an extra large coffee every morning, at Dunkin donuts. Just off 75 on 64. In Bradenton. At that time they had trouble keeping staff but there were a few jewels. Since then I've stopped going, it's been about 6 months now and I have not gone and gotten a coffee every morning because the coffee changed. It no longer tasted good. My husband went and got me a coffee this morning cuz I'm really really sick, + he came home and I can hardly believe his experience ! He ordered my coffee, and they gave it to him with no lid! They said they were out of lids! No lids! There's coffee all over his car! It took at least a half hour to get through three or four cars in line. I understand short-staffed stuff but this is just ridiculous. How do you send a customer away without a lid, there is no reason not to be stocked up on lids LOL. Not hard to keep lids in stock! Very very disappointed.. Just to expand on why I stopped going to Dunkin donuts, they know by market coffee, I can't get 100% Colombian coffee with flavor like I used to! They're regular coffee. Coffee. Their original coffee went to market value so it's whatever coffee is cheapest on the market! So that is why I started making my coffee every morning at home. I love my coffee! Now I just got to teach my husband how to do it LOL

  Manager here can't seem to order caramel or ask other stores for some. Been out over a month ordering is not rocket science

  Was ignored by multiple workers while waiting to order 2 donuts for my kids. One worker walked right by me and didn’t acknowledge I was standing there. Waiting over 5 min in the store to order and I was the only one in the building that was a customer. I finally had to lean over the counter and ask if I was going to be helped.

  I have been going to this location almost daily since September. They used to always be short staffed but had amazing staff that were fast and efficient. Within the last month this location has all new staff. They are extremely slow as ive had to wait and always order ahead and my food has been cold 2x now. I likely will be choosing a different dunkin moving forward or just going somewhere else completely.
