  I go through the drive thru mon-fri on my way to work. The service used to be very slow and rude...but ever since Paige has been there it's GREAT service. She remembers my order and she fast and very friendly...I have to say Paige she knows her stuff...Thank you Paige keep up the great service!!! Also give her a RAISE...

  I previously felt this location was the best of the best, but after my experience this morning I will never return. I work in customer service and the manner in which the young lady “in charge” addressed a new orientee and her own employee left me so uncomfortable that I had to cancel my order and leave. Presentation is everything and anyone who feels it’s appropriate to scream at a staff member and say “go do this right now Jenny”, while simultaneously cutting off a new employee just asking a question, is not someone I care to handle anything I’m consuming. We all have bad days, but first impressions are everything, please remember the way you treat your staff is a reflection of you.

  So this dunkin donuts location is in badly need of more employees to work at every time we come here there are only 2 employees sometimes 3 but mostly 2 all the time that work at this location and half the times employees dont make the drinks right and sometimes on the popular specialty drinks that are in limited supply they would say "we dont have it in stock" or " we sold out on that" this location needs more major improvements hire more ppl for this location

  The worst Dunkin I have ever been to!!! They’re always out of half there menu. Very rude workers!! I tried to add one drink for my daughter at the window and they told me I had to go back around because there was a long line. There was 2 cars in line!!! Horrible service, horrible location.
