Which I am okay with but I guess they just didnt want to do that...I would slightly understand if it were busy but we were quite literally the only ones there, and can't understand why they didn't want to proceed with the refund, I wasn't being hostile as I understand the struggles and frustration with customer service but these 2 employees were just rude and aggresive.
