So I had to get another shot to the drink that I already paid and they charged me . I don't mind paying it but when it's their fault and they spelled my espresso out of my cup they should have just make a new one or apologize and just give me the shot.

We don’t get it until the time of pick up.” I’m sorry but how in the world does that work?? You guys need to retrain your staff. When I show you it was booked and paid for, don’t come up with excuses. To management: Please correct this for future customers.
