  I've never had a bad experience with this place! But Ordered a med pie told me 25 mins.and hour and half later pizza showed up!! Called half dozen times, no answer! I had oven going to make something at home when it arrived! Delivery driver was very nice and apologetic! Not sure I'll order there again!

  I had to double check that I was reviewing the correct Dominos because there's another one near us. When I went in to place another order I was able to confirm that it's this one: When we first moved out here, we got delivery a few times. It wasn't quite as great as the Dominos I grew up with, but it was fine. They used to be pretty late with deliveries which never bothered me because I'd get free points for the delay and I was never in a rush when ordering. Unfortunately, every order seemed to get worse and worse. The delivery drivers were always super kind so I never had an issue with them, but the food and price seem to be going inverse of each other. Only thing keeping my "service" stars from being higher is the app being so janky. At least based on the delivery driver and the couple of times I've called, no one seemed rude or unwilling to do their job. This order we just got had two caesar salads, which they were out of and swapped with their house salads and the delivery driver told us when she arrived. She threw a couple extra dressing packets as consolation and I don't blame her. Things run out all the time in normal restaurants. I don't mind a swap, however the two salads we got were awful. As soon as you opened the package, the onions reeked and the lettuce was completely wilted and slimy. Same with the second salad too. I never bother with house salads because the last time I ordered one it did look a little old, but not THIS bad. We threw them out and had to take the trash out so the smell wouldn't stick around. The pizza was fine. Nothing special to it but the slices were extremely uneven and I pulled what looked like a shorter hair off of a slice on the pizza. Not the end of the world, as I'm willing to just not eat that slice, but after how much worse this store has become over the last couple of years I've just accepted that this Dominos is not worth the time or money. Lastly, one of the biggest things I never complained about but happened every single time was that the cookie brownie was always underdone. I always just shrugged and threw it in the oven while we ate to finish it, but I can't be the only person getting this underdone so I'm warning others. If you love Dominos, I don't recommend this one if you want to keep enjoying them. Maybe they're always slammed or struggling between staff but the consistency tells me that it's my fault to expect a different result every time I order.
