  I walked in right at open on a Saturday and had a very large order. The team was so helpful and friendly and filled my order efficiently. The GM called the entire team to the line to assist and I was out the door with super fresh tacos in no time. Thank you so much to the entire crew working 4/18: Jordan, Terrica, Justin, Nick, Oliver, Kollin, Roberto, Sabasthian, and Ethan. Your friends down the road at Tims loved your tacos!

  This place is getting worse by the week portions are ridiculously small. There was a big guy right before me who ordered the same thing I did and he got twice as much as I did. Also, the portion of guacamole is about 2 teaspoons. When I asked about the portion, I was told well ma’am we just changed our rules! this a total BS if the rules changed why isn’t this advertised on a wall, on a poster for example. Am I allowed to change my own rules and pay less for the quantity I’m receiving? I suppose not. Depending on who’s serving you get half a bowl or a full bowl it really doesn’t matter about any so-called rules. It just matters who is behind the counter. This newly opened chipotle really needs to get things right, or the manager needs to be fired or retrained.

  Roberto and his team of amazing associates were on point today! The team was personable and Roberto took time to connect with me while cashing me out. The little things mean the most. Shout out to you guys! Nothing but smiles in the building today :) Thank you for serving me plain white rice no cilantro, I had no idea that was an option! You took care of me! Thank you!!

  This Chipotle on SR 64 (just east of I‑75) has officially become my favorite location. I literally drive past another Chipotle because the service here is consistently exceptional. The restaurant is clean, the food is always fresh, and the team actually seems to care — which is unfortunately rare these days. Huge shoutout to Roberto, Stefani, Grayson, Nick, and Mason. You all make a noticeable difference, and I really appreciate the pride you take in your work. I’m genuinely impressed and hopeful this level of service continues.

  Double check your receipts! The manager in there (seems like a manager or a shift lead at least, tall kid) told the cashier I got things that I absolutely did not. Their screen doesn't show the charges so you can't double check what they're charging you for until you get the receipt. Imagine my surprise when they charged me for double chicken and queso! I have never order any kind of cheese on a burrito/burrito bowl. And I don't know if he gave me extra chicken. I certainly didn't ask for it. They didn't have any on the line so he turned around and added chicken from the back counter. He tried to argue with me and said I definitely asked for queso. I told him if there was queso on my burrito bowl, he'd need to remake. I opened it to check and guess what? No queso! Only sour cream. He mumbled something about queso and sour cream looking similar and walked away. The cashier to her credit was trying to help me get my refund but she seemed to be having problems with the register. She charged me again for the extra chicken and queso and had to call the manager over again. He begrudgingly put in the refund for 1 extra chicken and 1 queso, but I'd been charged twice at this point. Thankfully the cashier shooed him away at that point, cancelled the transaction, and put in the correct refund. Idk what kind of scam that kid is running. He's either finding a way to pokcet the extra money or he's doing this to inflate the store's sales numbers. Either way, someone needs to investigate.
