  Chic-fil-A has it all together, drive thru is set up perfect and very friendly, no speaker to talk thru , you speak directly to someone, food is wonderful drink selection is better then any fast food place and quick service for all the business they get

  My boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich with american cheese, ended up getting no cheese on his sandwich or any of the sauces he asked for. This has happened multiple times. We also asked for pup cups and were willing to pay for them, and Jose C was quick to say “we don’t do those here”. As I said, we were willing to pay for a pup cup of whipped cream for our dogs… Again, this isn’t the first time we’ve had issues at this location.

  I go to this chick fil a often and this was the worst. There was only 1 car in front of me in the drive thru and 9 cars behind me by the time the folks in front made up their mind. I was waiting for the cars behind to crash into me like an episode of "road wars." They should have asked them to pull up. I spoke to the mgr. End result the food was cold. $25.46 wasted on food to be microwaved & now rubbery chicken & fries.. Not Happy. Order should be replaced

  I’m not one to usually complain but today really did it for me. I placed an order for breakfast this morning for myself and girlfriend since we both had work today. I pick up chick fil an every Wednesday for us and never have had an issue until this morning. I placed the order at 10 am before leaving my house, thinking by the time I got there I would get my food and I could go to work. Order got placed, money was pulled from my account but I didn’t receive any food. I went through the drive through, scanned my QR code all for them to tell me my order was canceled. Why was my order cancelled if I was in the pick up line, money was pulled and everything? Oh breakfast ended 10 minutes prior to me arriving and they told me they canceled my order. I was told they typically don’t start working on orders until you arrive. What’s the point of ordering ahead? I work in a restaurant as a sous chef so I understand the industry all too well. There was nothing done for me this morning to fix the issue they created. It was a very unprofessional experience and I will not be returning to this establishment. It’s very disappointing because I know how hospitality should go and they showed none of it today.

  They had no pup cups so sad. When my husband went to eat the meal I brought him the wrong sandwich was in the bag. He hates pickles so this was a fail.
