  I am writing this review to express how disappointed and uncomfortable my experience was at this Charley’s Cheesesteak location around 6:20 PM. My girlfriend and I are visiting from Miami, and this was not the kind of service we expected. My girlfriend ordered a chicken sandwich with only green peppers. No mushrooms. There were three employees working at the time, one male and two females, one of whom had pink hair. From where we were seated, I could clearly see my girlfriend’s sandwich being prepared. While the male employee was assembling her sandwich, all three employees were laughing. Then the female employee without pink hair put on gloves and began picking mushrooms off the sandwich instead of properly remaking it. The employee with pink hair noticed us watching and told her to just give it to us anyway. When my girlfriend received the sandwich, she calmly told the employee with pink hair that there were still mushrooms on it. The employee responded with clear attitude, insisting there were no mushrooms and claiming they had not picked anything off. Her tone was rude and dismissive even though my girlfriend was clearly correct. My girlfriend then stood up and asked that the sandwich be remade. The employee took the plate from her hand with poor attitude and without any apology. My main concern is not only the incorrect order, but the complete lack of professionalism and respect shown toward my girlfriend. Thankfully, she is not allergic, but what if she were? This behavior could have caused serious harm. I have worked in the food industry, and witnessing these actions was truly disgusting. Laughing during food preparation, picking ingredients off instead of remaking the sandwich, and treating customers with attitude is unacceptable. We are not from this area and are visiting from Miami, and this experience left a very bad impression. I will be providing the receipt to support this complaint. Management truly needs to address this situation.

  I do not recommend this place. People are very rude. Every time I order some there they messed up my food and when you talk to them, they don’t do nothing for you and the store is not clean. It’s dirty
