  My boyfriend and I went into this restaurant hoping for a good experience because he has never been. We left this restaurant extremely dissatisfied. We walked into the restaurant and noticed it was close to empty, there were about two tables occupied and one person at the bar. We were sat directly next to a couple because we had asked for a booth . We were sitting for around 10 minutes and finally our waitress came up to us and asked us what we would like to drink. My drink came but it took another 7 minutes for my boyfriends to come not sure if that’s because of the bartender or the slow waitress. After handing my boyfriend his drink Jessica asked what we would like to have and she walked away after taking our appetizers. It took upwards of 10 minutes to get 2 appetizers honestly not really much to complain there however once we got our actual food it was a different story. The chicken wings were so gross my boyfriend could not finish them and they were not even fully coated in sauce. We decided we just wanted to go home and asked for the bill. Jessica asked us if we wanted any boxes and my boyfriend said yes. Jessica then took my card and proceeded to put the payment through after getting my receipt I was not given a box or told that she would be getting a box for us. We had to go out of our way to flag her down and ask for a box after being given attitude this whole time. When Jessica came back to hand us our box instead of placing it down on the table like a normal person would Jessica threw it on the table rolled her eyes and walked away. This was my second time here and I can confidently say I will not be back. EXTREMELY disappointed!

  Called to get ahold of a manager I previously spoke with in person a few days prior regarding a kind hearted food issue. A white women at the takeout counter answers and grills me about if I’m requesting the manager for hiring. I say “no”. She then asks me the name of of who I spoke with presuming that I’m lying so I tell her I’m not sure but it was a black male. She then says “ 𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲”. Then immediately remembers who I spoke to and says nevermind. This was Wednesday, April 8th at 11:00 Am. So feel free to stop in and see this individual in person while they work their shift. God will judge wicked individuals such as this on that great day that is coming. Repent

  The portions were small. Our waitress couldn't remember anything we asked for. 1 meal came 10 minutes before everyone else and another meal came 10 minutes late. The food quality was mediocre. We will not be back.

  Last time stood at take for awhile with no one to offer help, huge wait. Today stood at host line, not 1 person greeted or offered any help in probably 20 minutes, sat down at bar with the same outcome, finally just left. Really gone downhill lately

  I have a been a huge Bdubs fan for yearsss. This has to be one of the worst locations I have ever been to. Boneless wings has little bones cracked in them, they gave us the completely wrong sauces on the wings, food was cold, etc. I called about a refund, and never got anything back. They need to start from scratch, fire the current Management and trouble employees, and start fresh. There's no excuse for a Bdubs to be this shitty...
