  Wanted to try this place because it’s “viral “. Disappointed. Got through the line and ordered and paid for our drinks. Got to pick up and sat there while multiple other cars got their orders first. Lady came up to us with a drink that wasn’t ours, and said she got the lanes mixed up and she would go grab ours. Several minutes later another lady came up and said they had to re ring our order because “it got lost”; with the manager yelling out to “comp one of our drinks.” We had already paid previously so not sure what was getting “comp’d” because they never asked for the phone number or anything. Waited a few minutes later for the lady to yell out for us to “go wait up there”. We pulled to the front of the building and waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. The lady brought it to us with no apologies about the wait or mix up. She handed us our drinks and walked away. Didn’t even respond to my thank you. The coffee tasted old and burnt and them lemonade was completely over powered but syrup. A previous review stated that staff isn’t nice unless you tip which is clearly very true. It didn’t matter how friendly we were back to them. So if you don’t tip for your overpriced drinks expect to get poor service as well.Won’t be returning.

  They ran out of ice, when I understood but they gave us the same portion in the cup without the ice in the cup and it was not even half full with the drink itself. So technically they exposed their portions with ice.. it’s not much at all. I’m disappointed that they couldn’t at least fill the cup with the drink I paid for without ice. However, the drink itself is good so Its just disappointing that your paying for a drink that’s only 3/4 full of the cup.

  the whole atmosphere this morning was terrible and the girl they had working up there this morning she had on a jean hat and a silver septum piercing was very rude and unwelcoming she didn’t greet me at all and sat on her phone while my drink was being made. And when I asked her to change my order because she rung me up wrong she caught an attitude and just gave me the tablet which I felt like was rude. The drinks are always amazing and the staff are great but this particular person was very rude.

  The service is always fast when I'm at 7Brew; I usually stop by in the evening for a quick energy boost. Some of the syrups are very sweet by default, they make a great dessert coffee (like the banana bread)! However, some syrups, like the hazelnut, aren't as noticeable. Nonetheless, you can always request less/more syrup. The regular and sugar free options for such a small grab-n-go location are immaculate. Whether you drink caffeinated drinks or not, they have something for everyone.

  First time trying 7 Brew Coffee and I was honestly a little nervous, but it ended up being a great experience! I got the banana bread mocha, it was good, even though I didn’t realize it had mocha (not usually my thing, but that’s on me). The girl who took our order was super helpful, especially when someone in the car wanted a sugar-free energy drink, she made it easy to figure out. We also got really lucky with timing because there was no line and the service was way faster than I expected. I also loved that they did a “question of the day”, such a cute and interactive touch that made the experience feel more personal. Overall, it was a really smooth and positive first visit. If you’ve been nervous to try it, I’d definitely recommend giving it a shot!
