  This place is usually great however I go there April 18th. Staff is rushed and not being as friendly. Waited over 30 minutes for a drink. Didn't even mix drinks completely

  Just getting off of work so I now have a second to create this review. I went through the line about 1pm-1:15pm (somewhere around then) on 4/8 and Alexa, she takes my order a lot of the time, she is just so amazing. Always has a positive attitude and wants to help everyone. I let her choose what drink i got today and it was so good i just wanted to acknowledge her hard work and dedication to this company. She treats every encounter she has with me amazingly and I see she does the same with every other customer behind me or next to me as well. overall 10/10 experience when Alexa is on shift and look forward to seeing her when i go.

  I usually LOVE coming to 7 Brew—the drinks are always amazing and the atmosphere is typically so positive. That’s why this specific experience stood out. The employee who took my order—wearing a gray T-shirt with a slicked-back ponytail and glitter—came across very unpleasant and irritated. Her tone felt snobby, communication was poor, and it seemed like she was frustrated with customers just for pulling into the lane. I understand people have off days, but for a place that promotes “cultivating kindness,” this didn’t reflect that at all. I hope more attention is given to making sure employees represent the positive environment 7 Brew is known for.

  not one to hate on places, and it was also a Saturday, but me and my friend were waiting in line for like 20 minutes for two drinks. I just don’t think the taking order system is working well because they’ll take orders from like 20 cars and then everybody gets stuck in the drive-through. The barista who took my order was lowkey sassy and not in the funny way😭 idk it just didn’t seem like a good fast paced environment for a coffee shop still sitting in line while typing this. Maybe don’t just have teenagers working here sorry😔😔
