  My daughter and I come here often but today really frustrated us and we are rethinking our choices. We waited 25 minutes for a small pink mermaid fizz. The girls working said they gave it to someone else and would go make it again. She filled the small up to the top with ice and then gave us attitude when giving it to us. Mind you I wasn’t being rude as I get accidents happen but their inability to try to make it right and at least be kind about it was so disappointing.

  Coffee is great but complete dice roll depending on which line you go in whether it will be 5 or 20 minutes.

  Absolutely horrible experience today. We play a lot of tournaments in this area and every other time I've gone here it has been great, but today the drink was made horrible. The young lady that took my order was in a horrible mood and not pleasant at all. When I told them the drink did not taste correct, they said oh well, we made it how it's supposed to be and refuse to remake it. I only asked for two shots of espresso in the large drink versus the four that it normally comes with and it did not taste good at all.

  There was a short line and it took forever waited in line forever the staff were working very slow. As well as I saw one of the employees touch her hair then went to make a drink, felt disgusted wouldn’t recommend going to this location!!
