  I’m a firm believer in giving second chances but this place really didn’t deserve it. If i could give 0 stars i would. The young lady at the counter had a nasty attitude. After getting my order wrong she had me stand at the counter took everyone order & gave them their items than decided to take my bowl to the back to fix it and had me wait and additional 15 mins. refrain from going to this establishment.

  Laziest crew ever! I understand the last 2 hours before closing time, you’re ready to go and I’m sure it’s been a long day… but every single day? One of my favorite spots to grab food after a gym session but the crew never wants to make food even with more than an hour left before closing time. Person on the phone: “We don’t make food at this time”. (Giggling in the background) I wouldn’t be so irritated if it was the first time but I specifically called in to place my order out of consideration for the time and not wanting to put them at too much of an inconvenience(which they are still getting paid for) when I could have just came in and placed the order and put them in the spot. Good franchise, terrible location due to lazy staff.

  I have a very busy job and do not always have a lot of time for lunch. I have consistently gone to this location every week for over a year now. I used Curbside pickup every time because I need to hurry up and get back to work. 90% of the time, I park in the curbside pickup parking space that is reserved for Tropical Smoothie and then I end up being forced to go inside to wait for my food even though I ordered is well in advanced. If they do not start properly offering the service, I will start going to another location on my lunch breaks. Very inattentive staff. I understand it gets very busy during lunch but at the end of the day, they either offer curbside pickup or they do not. Note to managerment: please train your staff to prioritize curbside for those that do not have the luxury of time. It will increase business to improve your attentiveness to the needs of your customers. Thank you.

  Service was awful. A whole crowd of customers were waiting and they lost people’s orders, made others twice, and the wait is 40 minutes per customer. Loud music was blasting the whole time

  Staff is inattentive, expect to wait to order until they feel like coming to the register (they all hide in the back), expect attitude and feeling like your presence is bothersome even if your being friendly & expect to wait 30 minutes for precooked deli chicken that they heat up for a few minutes and half the time comes out cold. Of course you can’t expect the best food but even when you’re looking for something quick this is definitely not the place! Staff could be kinder, just cause the job is hourly-salary based doesn’t mean you can just hide away from your customers. I’ve been to a few tropical smoothies and this one is definitely ranked worst for me, and the food taste the same, it’s truly just terrible “service”. I don’t need extra friendly fakeness but don’t be pissed off just cause I came in to order some food weirdos. Just take the extra few minutes and drive to the woolbright location!
