  8:15pm on a Monday night. It was fairly busy both in the dining room and the drive through. I ordered my chicken Tropi-Chop usual with an extra boneless and extra tomatoes. I am a disabled veteran with a spinal cord injury who uses a walker. The girl was nice and brought my food out to me. The food was good except the chicken was realy dry, Way over cooked with a lot of black burnt ends. I almost returned it but thought the rest of the chicken was probably the same. 4 out of 5 stars. Looking forward to my next time.

  I don't understand why the manager for this location won't allow substitution for chicken instead getting pork for the Caribbean Trio, not everyone one eat pork! It's against some of us religion and other Pollo tropical locations do the substitution! So the manager shouldn't be running the restaurant like its their own restaurant it should be the same rule for every location

  A truly exceptional Pollo Tropical experience in Boynton Beach I’ve always loved the food and variety at Pollo Tropical, but this location in Boynton Beach is on another level. Every time I walk in, they treat me like family. The employees are consistently attentive, the restaurant is spotless, and you can tell they take real pride in pleasing their customers. Elaine and Francés deserve a special shout‑out. They always greet me with a smile and prepare my order with such care that it brightens even the longest workday. And Manager Ángela sets the tone…she walks the restaurant with a warm smile, greeting guests and making sure everyone feels welcomed. This kind of service makes all the difference. It’s the reason I keep coming back for my lunches and dinners during those long days. Great food, great people, great atmosphere. Boynton Beach Pollo Tropical has earned a loyal customer.

  This some B.S I ask for a chicken soup and 2 tiny pieces of chicken is what I get that’s sad .. yall got to do better ! I usually dump my soup into rice because that’s how I prefer it and noticed they acting cheap on the chicken . Step it up
