  We had placed an order at 645 for two medium pizzas and boneless chicken wings. At 730 I looked to see m the tracker and it I says it was picked up . I called they put me on hold for 9.5 minutes to come back and say door dash is in their way. Not sure why door dash was delivering . Anyways 45 minutes later I review a text from a friend that does not live near me but had the same first name asking if I ordered pizza because mine was delivered to her house . Coincidentally she ordered pizza at the the same time. I called the store back tkk ok inform them they said they were sorry and sending her the correct pizza and remaking mine and all get it out . At 9:15 we received the pizza and the guy at the store called me and said the dasher left with the pizzas but didn’t take the wings . He employed ended up delivering them to me at 945 pm the tast was awful the poured garlic Parmesan all over it that it was too much and could not even enjoy the taste . I am so disappointed with the service of the employees there and how this was handled . I would have rather have had my money returned and no pizza so I could get dinner and eat at a normal time not 3 and half to 4 hours later

  They messed up the pizza. The first time was burnt and The dough did not rise. It was a flat pizza. We went back to get our credit that they owe us same thing happened, but this time I checked the pizza they redid one pizza and the kid was arguing with me. I’m not redoing three pizzas. I said no problem just redo My nephew pizza because he loves their pizza.And my is 8 years old and I wanted him happy than me never go back there again this is my pizza it’s burnt

  Great service! I placed a delivery order and had trouble getting it delivered due to an error on my end. The driver was so kind, patient and understanding and helped me to make sure the delivery was completed! I would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

  There should absolutely be an option for zero stars. Between the cashier and the general manager on Landing having their headphones on and moving at a snail's pace with a slammed lobby, it's the attitude when called out about their poor service that really tickled me the most. Was told 10 minutes for a pickup and didn't receive it until a full 40 minutes after the phone call. It was a large pepperoni pizza. It took them longer to figure out that they were missing it then it did to actually get them to get it in the oven.
