  Overall I like Panera a lot and I usually never have any problems with it, until today. Today I went in with my friends to get a small meal. We all ordered for ourselves, so the cashier had confirmed to us our order at the end. One of my friends happened to ask for a chocolate chip cookie, to which the cashier confirmed. Then, after waiting for our food, we got our bags and checked to make sure everything was there, until we noticed the cookie wasn't there. I thought that when it said "plain CC" it meant a plain chocolate chip cookie, in which it actually just meant plain cream cheese for a bagel my friend got. So, I asked another cashier if it meant that to which she told me what it really was and then asked for my receipt to which I told her it was the one she was currently holding, and she said in a rude manner "ok well I can't refund you", which I was not even asking for a refund. Then, I asked for the cookie that I hadn't gotten earlier and the original cashier who took my order by the name of "Julia" said something along the lines of "You didn't ask for one earlier but do you want one?" By the way, we DID ask for one earlier, and she said it in a very fake and condescending tone. Then a very kind man offered to pay for us, (We probably wouldn't have accepted his offer because it's not his problem and he deserved to have his own food in peace), when suddenly the original cashier says, "No, it's fine". Excuse me? He was talking to us, not you, you work here, you don't pay for OUR food. Anyways, we then got the cookie and left. I have to say, I love Panera, and usually the workers are amazing, but this one experience was really unprofessional, and I just hope that "Julia" can have a little more respect next time!

  I got a notification my order was ready. I asked where the pickup orders were, they said “where it says rapid pickup” rudely ( there were no other orders out) i said sorry, and was standing for 5-6 minutes while the whole staff just looked at me-without even saying hello or greeting me…and i finally say “i have a pickup for so and so and i’ve been waiting for a while. and she goes “it’s right here” and it was just sitting behind their counter. i have no idea what their problem was but ive never been treated like i was invisible as a consumer 🫢 made me mad enough to write a review. i’m in the resturant industry too btw. i don’t ignore my customers lol.

  Ever since JAB Holding acquired Panera Bread for $7.5 billion in 2017 it has been slowly going downhill but it still is one of the better fast food places

  Its an older panera Needs a reno...better layout but food and staff are at panera standard

  I just had my last set of food from panera. The bagels are not freshly made anymore. They taste like they're out of a bag similar to Thompson's, that I can get at Publix for a fraction of the price. If I'm going to have a sad bagel. Instead of having me a red bagels they used to have they have about six different kinds. This company must have been taken over by some conglomerate or hedge fund because everything has been cheapped out. Thanks for coming. Another good company put out of business by greed.
