Did not receive what we ordered even though the sticker that came directly from the restaurant that is on the box of the food clearly started what we ordered and paid for. When we called to inform them and asked to speak to a manager, we were told there is no manager and they basically said too bad, you can come in and pick up new food- which defeats the entire purpose of ordering through a food delivery service- plus it doesn’t give us back the money that we paid for service fee and tip from the delivery service or the time back that was spent waiting for the food. Terrible service. Will not spend another penny there and won’t be surprised if they are shut down soon, may be time for a health inspection while we’re at it.
