    I come here frequently for the Smoothies and the chocolate, peanut butter and banana smoothie is my fav! It’s excellent!!! Staff is decent and service is fast. Average cost of smoothie is $10.

    I order curbside but decided to go inside instead. There were 4 young ladies working and 2 guys in line. Nobody greeted my ( which was fine) but then after they were done helping the 2 guys. Nobody sill hadn't acknowledged me, I even made eye contact with 3 of the young ladies. I stood there for 3 mins. So I approached the counter and NOBODY said anything. One of the girls asked the other crew members "what about the curbside" and I said I've been standing right here. The young lady didn't ask for the name just handed me the drinks and said have a good day. The customers service was trash.

    Customer service is very poor at this location. I am a loyal customer with thousands of points in the app as I am at this location a few times a week. I placed an order via the app and the order was incorrectly sent to another location 3 towns over, when I only use this location. I showed them the order email of the error and they would not honor the pickup. Not a good experience and they need to do better and get retrained on proper customer service.
