- JHJinho Heo6 days ago2.0the store should be opened at 8 am. I ordered a smoothe using mobile app and confirmed at 8:08 am and pick up at 8:18am. when I got there at 8:20am, there was no one at the place. lights were off. no one was answering the phone. I couldn't even cancel the order because ASAP pick up orders cannot be canceled. I came back at 9:15 and it was opened. I said I was here earlier and it was closed, I was expecting an apology and some kind of excuses like 'oh we forgot the daylight saving' stuff. but the employee just pointed a drink and said 'is that your drink?' it was already watery and color changing. if you want to start your day with a delicious smoothie early in the morning, I recommend you avoid this location.
