I waited at the window to ask for sauce she closed the windows and proceeded to take the next order making me wait instead of asking what was wrong. When she finally asked I said can I have extra fire sauce like I originally asked for. She gave me 4 sauces for all these items and shut the window again. I waited and asked for a refund she got really rude and instead of just offering the extra sauce she said give me your card. As I handed the card to her she snatched it as rough as she could scratching my finger with her long nails. This was incredibly unprofessional and I will be reaching out to corporate during working hours. I actually have a dash cam I should post this on social media for everyone to see.
