    Phenomenal pizzas always hot and done right they keep everything clean i ordered 5 large pizzas and Cheryl did them all by herself super fast

    The wait time is long especially if you order from door dash , the place is always dusty, they have flys in the main lobby meaning they could be by the food , staff really doesn’t want to be there so they don’t take there customers service seriously. I would recommend going to the other stores

    I’m leaving 1 star because I can’t give 0. I ordered a pizza a few days ago and it took them 1 hour, YES ONE HOUR. to have it prepared. After 10 minutes it was showing ready to pick up on the app, however it took them another 50 minutes. Employee was so RUDE, unbelievable. I opened a claim on the Papa Johns app asking them to call me; but nobody called, and its been a few days now. In addition, I ordered a large pizza and I got a medium!!! should I wait another hour for my large pizza? Do not use this Papa Johns and order at another store or competition, much nicer!

    DO NOT ORDER HERE! This place is a joke and should be shutdown. Papa John’s has basically given up on delivering their own food and dumped it on DoorDash, who can’t even be bothered to knock.. twice I found my order dumped outside like trash, once on my car. I paid a delivery fee and tipped for that privilege. Called the store? “Not our problem.” Got the wrong food once and they flat-out refused to fix it because the manager wasn’t there.. how convenient!!! They won’t remake it, won’t refund it, won’t even pretend to care. If you enjoy paying extra for cold food and zero accountability, this place is perfect. Otherwise, run. Worst establishment I have ever had the business of interacting with.
