Between the cashier and the general manager on Landing having their headphones on and moving at a snail's pace with a slammed lobby, it's the attitude when called out about their poor service that really tickled me the most. Was told 10 minutes for a pickup and didn't receive it until a full 40 minutes after the phone call. It was a large pepperoni pizza. It took them longer to figure out that they were missing it then it did to actually get them to get it in the oven.
