We struck up a conversation and she talked with my as if I was an old friend. Lexi then checked on my order again and joined the convo. Such a great group. I got my food hot and promptly. This Panera is topnotch! They are full of diamonds in the rough!

Where is the service? You have to go up to them to grab your food. Just irked me between the prices to ask for a tip but provide no service.
