- BDB DFeb 18, 20261.0!!!!!!!A delivery system does not consist of just one customer. Sometimes the system assigns more customers from different restaurants. In other words, within one hour it may assign three customers, sometimes two. But delivery workers coming from different areas may arrive at their destination at least five or ten minutes late during transportation. This could be due to traffic, or because they couldn’t reach another customer while making a delivery. This is not the delivery person’s fault. Because, as I said, the system does not assign only one customer; sometimes it assigns two or three customers at the same time to the delivery worker. Therefore, no employee can scold or disrespect someone by saying “why are you late?” When I entered, the gentleman suddenly started yelling at me. First, you are a corporate company. Second, you cannot shout at anyone. Third, I don’t work only for you. As a delivery worker, I work for two or three customers. Please learn respect first, and then work in a business.!!!!!!!!

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
