  I went through the drive‑thru and ordered a ham, egg, and cheese on a croissant. After running a few errands and getting home, I realized they had given me some kind of ham and Swiss roll instead. I drove back, went through the drive‑thru again, and tried to explain, but the employee talked over me and said they didn’t have the sandwich with ham. I told her that if that was the case, she should have said so when I ordered—I would have chosen something else. You don’t just hand customers whatever you think is closest without communicating. I then asked for a ham, egg, and cheese on a bagel, and she snapped, “We don’t have ham.” So I asked if they at least had a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. She said ok, pull up. When I pulled up to the window, she was already standing there with an attitude, ready to argue, and repeated again, “We don’t have ham.” I repeated my request for a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. No apology, no courtesy, nothing. She then asked me again, if I wanted the bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant. I said, yes. I got home and attempted to eat the sandwich however it was terrible and definitely NOT fresh. The service was awful. I don’t know if this is how it always is, but this was my experience—and I won’t be returning. I spent about $5 or so and spent about 30-45 min on the whole experience. Again, with no apology.

  This is the Dunkin' Donuts worth coming to if you want consistency, your money's worth, and friendly English customer service... 😍 more coffee than ice!

  This is the only Dunkin I go to and they never disappoint the staff is amazing and friendly and my drinks are always made to perfection !!!!

  Below my expectations. Such few options when it comes to donuts… not very tasty either and coffee was meh..

  The Indian lady there is insufferable, she gave my mobile order away to another person and refused to make it because “there’s nothing she can do” however after about 10 minutes of arguing she finally decided to re-make my order. She accused me of theft by saying that I set the whole thing up. She however did not make my drinks properly due to being frustrated and in a rush. Lady, check the phone order’s before releasing the food and this wouldn’t be a problem, there was no reason to make this my problem either. The whole thing was a 25 minute ordeal just so I could receive my 40$ of food I ordered.
