I had online 8:59 A.M I went downstairs 9:01 A.M said ma’am can you please give me hot coffee instead the cold coffee she said she had to charge for it, When I told her she can substitute the coffee a cold to hot she stated she doesn’t want to argue with after I waited 15minute for my order I still charge for hot coffee ( It was the 6 dollars meal). She is disgusting rude service was poor, I’m vey unhappy with treatment I had received on top of money
