- LLLex LuJan 5, 20261.0Today (11/5/2025) around 5:15 AM, I pulled into the drive thru with only two cars ahead of me, yet I waited almost 10 minutes just to place an order. That delay alone was frustrating and unusual. Once I finally reached the speaker and then the window, I had to repeat my order multiple times. When I got to the window, there was clear confusion, and I was asked yet again what I ordered. At this point, I was already running late for work and trying to stay calm. Despite repeating a very simple order, I was still given the wrong items. I made a quick U-turn and went inside, where all three employees were still confused. One employee became aggravated and walked away. I requested a refund and was told only a manager could issue one, so I will be returning tomorrow with the incorrect coffee. I really wish Dunkin’ Donuts would train their staff better. Coffee isn’t something people want mistakes with especially at these prices. I work in healthcare, and coffee is often the best part of my day. Unfortunately, this experience started my day off on a very rough note.
