Maybe the owner or corporate should login to their own Google My Business account and address these reviews. That's most likely hurting your reputation and business metrics, profitability etc

I got a bowl on 12/26/25 and within a few hours… FOOD POISONING! The worst pain I’ve ever felt with any and all symptoms. They should be ashamed of themselves putting people’s health at risk! Just do yourself a favor and disregard your “cravings” for this place.
