  We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Carrabba’s in Boynton Beach! The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and inviting — perfect for a relaxing dining experience. The food was outstanding from start to finish. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Each dish arrived hot and beautifully presented, and you can truly taste the quality and care that goes into the food. Carrabba’s never disappoints, but this location truly goes above and beyond. What really made our visit exceptional was our server, Cindy. She was absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. Cindy checked in on us at all the right times, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her positive attitude made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Between the excellent food, the welcoming atmosphere, and Cindy’s outstanding service, this visit was truly a 5-star experience. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Carrabba’s in Boynton Beach — especially if you’re lucky enough to have Cindy as your server!

  I had an amazing experience at Carrabba’s, and Cindy truly made it unforgettable. From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, and genuinely welcoming and kept a smile on our faces the whole time. She knew the menu well, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Our drinks were always full, the food came out exactly as ordered, and her friendly attitude made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. Customer service like Cindy’s is what keeps people coming back—she’s a true asset to Carrabba’s. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!♥️

  On 12/27/25, I took my mother to dinner around 8:20 or 8:30am The following morning, Sunday 12/28/25, I woke up at 4 a.m. with severe cramps, a migraine, profuse sweating, and diarrhea. I contracted food poisoning from the chicken Bryan I ordered. The pain persisted for two days. It’s clear that they either didn’t check the chicken’s temperature or mishandled it, ruining my weekend. I specifically ordered the chicken Bryan with fettuccine Alfredo and a peanut butter brownie to go. Our waitress was delightful, but I will not be dining at this Carrabba’s again.

  Had an incredible Christmas Eve dinner with this location. Scott, the general manager, took great care of us and helped us get seated in a reasonable amount of time on a very busy night. Our server, Olivia, was excellent. She was very friendly, attentive and gave excellent suggestions. As always, the food was excellent and came out within a very reasonable amount of time. We totally enjoyed our meals and dessert. We will continue to visit this restaurant.

  My family and I had the pleasure of eating here. We are from Indiana, and have dined at Carrabba’s several times in the past. This location didn’t disappoint. The food was well balanced with season and flavors. The Italian bread with olive oil seasoning is absolutely amazing. I believe we ate 2-3 baskets worth lol. The waiters were kind, accommodating and checked on us periodically. The owner greeted us at the end with a warm and inviting disposition. My family lives in this area, and we definitely recommend this restaurant for its, ambiance, customer service, and fresh food. Good job Carrabba’s👏🏽
