  We had such a great experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill thanks to our wonderful waitress, Crystal! From the moment we sat down she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. She checked on us at all the right times, made great menu suggestions, and kept everything running smoothly throughout our meal. It’s clear she cares about giving guests great experience. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again! Highly recommend asking for Crystal if you visit.

  We hosted an 85th Surprise Birthday party for my Mom, and we had an outstanding experience from beginning to end. We first consulted with Scott who assisted us with the catering for 25 people. His professionalism and customer service made the process go very smoothly. On the day of the party, Arianna arrived at our home at the time committed. She was also so professional and friendly. She set everything up and provided instructions where needed. I cannot say enough how we appreciate Carrabba’s and the care they provided to insure that our party was a success. I would recommend them for all of your party’s needs.

  I visited this Carrabba’s location next to Kohl’s for the first time and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. To start with the positive, our server was very attentive. We were a party of two and he brought the wine quickly and checked on us regularly. The service from the waiter was good throughout the meal. However, the food was nothing like what was shown in the menu photos. We ordered the lamb chops and the Chicken Rosa Maria, which is one of Carrabba’s signature dishes and the main reason I wanted to come. The dishes we received looked completely different from the photos. The lamb chops were overcooked and dry. The mashed potatoes were basically just smashed potatoes with almost no flavor at all. My Chicken Rosa Maria was also poorly prepared and did not resemble what is advertised. We politely informed the staff that something was wrong with the food. We could clearly hear the manager telling the server something along the lines of “offer them a dessert,” which felt dismissive rather than genuinely trying to solve the issue. The manager’s attitude was very cold and unprofessional. He did not seem to care about the customer experience. After that brief interaction, he completely ignored our table even though it was obvious we were disappointed. At one point he tried to take the lamb chops back, but overall there was no real effort to address the problem. In the end, we paid the full bill because we were not trying to get anything for free. The total was about $100 for two people (two entrées, one glass of wine, and water). We still left the proper 18% tip for the server because the waiter did his job well. Unfortunately, the food quality and the manager’s attitude made this a terrible experience overall. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location.

  My wife and I sat @ the bar with your very sweet & knowledgeable bartenders-Michele & Sara & had a delight dinner. They made some wonderful wine recommendations where we got a cute wine topper which was a wonderful delight. After our wine, they recommended some new items off your new menu which we decided we would try. We had the lamb chops & the lemon chicken pasta which were both amazing. We thought we had enough food , but they told us about your $10.00 take home meals & your new dessert with ice cream. The manager Justin stopped by to check in on us & he had a delightful personality & was very informative & funny at the same time. Overall an amazing experience & we will return. Your hostess with blonde hair was very to sweet & held the door for us as we were leaving It was our first time, , but will definitely return again with more members of our family Very impressed how clean the restaurant was & very well run by the management. Kudos to all who helped us enjoy our dining experience.

  I took my mom as I haven’t been a Caabbas in a while. The hostess first tried to seat me by the bathroom after we past 6 empty tables and booths. And I told her I don’t want to sit at the bathroom she said “ oh you don’t want to sit there?” Mm no I do not. She then sat us at a table I picked and the waitress that served me was Michelle S. She mentioned the specials that was available and then she said” cheaper than Burger King which I take as personal racial insult!! I don’t eat at Burger King. Overall the food was good, however for the service I didn’t like it it definitely wasn’t good enough for me
