  My fiancé and I came to the Boynton beach location. Everything was wonderful per usual. Our server, Tim was really on point with everything! Being someone who has worked in this business for so long, I truly appreciate the attentiveness he provided for us. The food was wonderful. I tried the new short rib which, was so tender and delicious! My fiancé had the chicken piccata and he loved it! The manager, Scott came over to see how we were doing and spoke with us for a bit. Very sweet, kind to us, and so nice to speak to! I always appreciate when staff goes above and beyond for guests.. and tonight was just that! So, thank you for the experience and hospitality! Much love 🫶🏼

  Take out experience not good at ALL. I would love to order the same items in the restaurant and see the difference in the dishes. I could not believe how small the shrimp Cesar salad was. The size of a side salad with 5 shrimp. Not to mention the other 2 dishes with supposed sea food and sauce. Definitely not impressed. We won't be back unfortunately, we used to love it.

  Wow! We had such an amazing experience at the Carrabba’s in Boynton tonight that I felt like I had to write a review. We haven’t been in years since we don’t live close to a Carrabba’s, but we went for a date night and were excited from the moment we walked in. Our server, Sarah, was incredible. I mentioned a dish I used to love that isn’t on the menu anymore, and she knew exactly what I meant and said they could recreate it. She was so accommodating, and the food came out fast and delicious. The drinks were also amazing—definitely get the espresso martini for dessert. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and checked in on us throughout the night. And the best surprise was when one of the managers noticed us enjoying our wine and gifted us a bottle from an event they had earlier. Such a thoughtful gesture and it completely made our night. We were smiling the entire time and kept saying how impressed we were. We’ll definitely be making this our new date night spot. Highly recommend!

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The big white guy with the beard working here is extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. He has no idea how to speak to customers, and his attitude alone is enough to drive people away. I don’t care how busy a restaurant is, you NEVER talk to guests the way he does. Telling customers that “only three people are working” and accusing them of being “inappropriate” is unacceptable and pathetic. If he can’t handle basic communication, he should not be in this job at all. Honestly, this employee is ruining the reputation of the restaurant, the owner, and the rest of the staff, who I’m sure don’t act like this. Management needs to get rid of him immediately, because no business needs someone this toxic representing them.

  From constantly having to swat away fruit flies to repeatedly telling the guy NO outside the front door raising money for charity, absolutely horrible experience and won’t return. My wife is very sensitive to lactose but she can tolerate certain foods in small amounts. She asked about the “creamy parm dressing” and was told by the manager and our “server” Chrystal that it was a mayo base and parm/romano cheese mix even though google said it contained buttermilk. Now we’re at home and she’s bloated and feeling miserable. We arrived at just after 6pm on a Wednesday during a relatively slow time yet received our pasta overcooked. My wife’s rice pasta was falling apart, my pasta weesie arrived dry as it clearly sat on the line for too long. I can’t count how many times our server asked us if we wanted to take home an entree for $10 even though we told her upon taking our order that we weren’t interested. The manager asked us how our food was, when we both responded with “ok”, normally that would provoke some sort of probing question but he couldn’t have cared less and just walked away. We’ve been going to Carrabba’s for years and would’ve gone to the location closer to us in North Palm Beach but the corporate bean counters decided that location needed to close. $115 might not be much these days but we can find a better place to dine for special occasions like my wife’s birthday tonight. Big mistake.
