  Crystal made our experience absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed the moment we sat down. She knew the menu really well and gave great recommendations, which we ended up loving. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and she checked on us at the perfect times without ever being overbearing. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to get service that stands out this much, but Crystal definitely did. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her again!

  Miss Michelle was our waitress. Best service ever! All staff was so nice . Food was very good. I ordered a drink that was too strong for me (my fault for not knowing what it was) 😳and they took it off our bill!! We're local and we will be back!

  Absolutely amazing service. My wife and I came with our baby and the staff was very inviting and accommodating. They provided us with a table so that we could have space for our stroller and gave a great recommendation for a dairy and gluten free dinner for my wife. Our waitress, Michelle, was excellent! She knew the menu well and had a wonderful personality. I am serious when I say that this 5 star review is well deserved. We have never eaten here before and will definitely be coming back!

  We've used to love Carrabba's Italian Grill. We were regulars for years, sometimes dining there multiple times a week. It wasn’t just a restaurant; it was a destination. It’s where we chose to bring friends because the experience stood out. That’s no longer the case. Over time, key elements that made this place special have been removed. The kitchen counter seating never returned after COVID, the pizza oven was closed, and now even the atmosphere feels disconnected from the brand. On a recent visit, free jazz was playing—completely out of place for an Italian restaurant. When I mentioned it, other guests nearby immediately agreed. The food and service are still solid, but the overall experience has been diluted. What was once a destination is now just another restaurant. If corporate is paying attention, this is what’s being lost: not just customers, but the reason customers chose this place over others. Bring back the identity, the energy, and the Italian atmosphere that made it worth recommending in the first place.

  We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience thanks to Zoe. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her professionalism and friendly personality truly made our evening special. Zoe is an exceptional server and a true asset to Carrabba’s. She anticipated our needs, checked on us at just the right moments, and made sure everything was perfect. Service like hers is rare, and it elevated our entire visit. We cannot wait to come back—and we will definitely be asking for Zoe again!
