  Haven’t had wings in years so I had a craving for old school buffalo wings so I figured what better place . Service was good friendly server .wings were very good exactly the taste I was expecting. My go to when I want wings again for sure

  Worst experiences a Black Woman right from the moment I walked in. Before I could even get through the second door, both servers at the front walked off toward the back and started whispering to each other, making it feel like they didn’t want to serve me. I stood there waiting for someone to come back, which took about a minute. When a server finally returned, he told me they were “closing sections” and that I could only sit at the bar or a high-top. I asked if it was possible to sit at a booth, and he said no because they were cleaning them to close them off. What didn’t make sense is that the establishment doesn’t close until 2 AM, so it felt very unwelcoming and inconvenient. Overall, the experience left a bad impression before I even had the chance to sit down.

  I am a regular foodie for Buffalo wild wings and I love it here. My server Josh was outstanding, however, this visit wasn’t so pleasant. I tried the all American black bean burger with an extra patty and it tasted horrible. I would not recommend! But the cookie skillet was ON POINT.

  They ran out of napkins. So we used cocktail napkins after eating wings. Also the forks they provided was very dirty. And they didn’t have any silverware left so provided us w plastic forks which was useless in eating in Dine-in restaurant. They got our orders wrong, gave us boneless wings instead of traditional wings. We had to wait a long time for our order and the place wasn’t that busy. Hopefully they can train their staff better and have better stocking of napkins and silverware.

  Exceptional service by Frank! He’s communicative, thoughtful, and ensured we had a perfect experience. Thank you!!! The food is reliably good— kudos to the chefs for preparing everything presentationally and flavorful. I’m obsessed with the watermelon smash drink—please keep it on the menu. We are so lucky to have a BWW in our neighborhood and come here knowing that we will always have a great experience.
