  After 3 canceled flights from Montreal we are glad we got to visit our favorite restaurant and Kyle made everything so wonderful. A passionate and caring person which made our experience ever better. Thank you.

  We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience! Our waiter "Derrick" was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From great recommendations to excellent service throughout the meal, it made all the difference. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was welcoming, and thanks to the exceptional service, we will definitely be coming back again because of him. Highly recommend!

  Went here for dinner, ordered the chimichurri medium rare. When I get it, it was overcooked, so i told my server Kiernan, and he offered to bring me a new one. I ate a few pieces of broccoli and bites of my mashed while I waited, and then my server brings me the replacement, he brings me the steak by itself. No offer to replace my sides, that was now cold. So im guessing i was expected to eat my steak with cold sides…. Poor service but the food was decent

  This was my first and absolutely worst experience at Bonefish Grill. The only reason this review is not one star across the board is because of our server, Derrick. When we arrived, we specifically asked if the restaurant accepted Apple Pay because that was our only method of payment. Derrick told us yes. Based on that information, we ordered our meals. During dinner I didn’t like my original dish, but Derrick handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure we were taken care of. His patience, respect, and customer service were outstanding. Employees like Derrick are rare, and honestly he should be the manager at this Bonefish Grill because he clearly understands how to treat customers the right way. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after that. After we finished eating, another server suddenly informed us that the Apple Pay machine was down. This was shocking because we had already confirmed it was accepted before ordering. Apple Pay was our only form of payment, so we were stuck in an extremely uncomfortable situation that could have easily been avoided with proper communication. We waited an additional 30 minutes hoping the system would come back online. During this entire time, the manager, Misty Nelson, never once came to speak with us. No explanation. No apology. No attempt to help or find a solution. We waited around 45 minutes total and were completely ignored by management. At that point I had no choice but to leave the restaurant and run to a bank just to withdraw cash so we could pay. What made the situation even worse was that there was a patrol car watching me until I returned with the money. As a paying customer who was simply trying to resolve a payment issue that wasn’t my fault, this felt humiliating and discriminatory. This entire situation could have been handled with basic professionalism, communication, and respect. Instead, we were treated like a problem rather than valued customers. Again, the only bright spot was Derrick. He showed professionalism, empathy, and genuine care the entire time. He deserves recognition and honestly should be in a management position because he handled the situation far better than the actual manager did. This experience was embarrassing, frustrating, and completely unnecessary. Bonefish Grill needs to seriously evaluate how management handles customer issues, because without employees like Derrick, this visit would have been a complete disaster.
