  Perhaps it’s me. Ordered a sandwich and asked to swap provolone cheese for cheddar and was told no problem. When I got the check I saw I was charged $1.20 extra for the cheese - which I assumed was an error. Silly me. Turns out it is corporate policy that you are charged for any substitutions - a fact that is not posted and I was not told when I ordered. The accuracy of this policy was confirmed by the store manager, the franchise owner David Malik, and the manager of corporate customer disservice Christine, who insisted no one can be compared to Jimmy John’s and that the policy was common everywhere. This is the most insane policy I have ever encountered - but as I said at the start - maybe it’s just me. I certainly will cross all of Jimmy John’s off my list.

  I decided to stop in for a quick bite....and was met with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was there today at 2:20pm. The Frontline staff was amazing and I would like to extend a shout out for the male manager on duty (I didn't get their name). That manager, is going to be a district manager some day with how amazing he treats every customer that walks through that door....I never guess I would be leaving a review like this for a sandwich shop but I was BEYOND amazed by the experience here. Great job at this location!

  The highlight of my experience every time I am there is sandwich artist and cashier Rachel she is so kind and always remembers my order. I couldn’t think of a better employee. Hope you guys never lose her. She is the reason I come to visit the JJ’s! Today I saw her working hard making the sammie’s, glad to see she’s moving up in the world. As much as I like Jehu’s sandwiches I think Rachel’s got him beat!
