This team truly understands customer service. Manager Isabella greeted me with kindness and professionalism the moment I arrived. And Jose, the cashier, deserves a raise. He is always respectful, friendly, and welcoming every time I come through. I’ve been coming to this location for over six years, and they never disappoint. My Cobb Salad with spicy chicken is always made perfectly, my Big Bacon Classic is always just how I like it, and they never forget my Scorchin’ Hot sauce. Their consistency, friendliness, and attention to detail are exactly what great customer service should be. Thank you, Isabella and Jose, for the excellent service and delicious food. Y’all are truly amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have never ordered cookies from Wendy's but that woman was wonderful. She was awesome to talk to and very pleasant. She gave me very fresh, tasty cookies. I have never bought cookies from Wendy's, never mind in the drive-thru, but honestly they were really good, kind of warm, and I will buy them again. To that awesome woman in the Drive-Thru who asked me if I wanted cookies, she is fantastic! I don't know just make but she asked me to wait a sec and then she bright then she brought warm, fresh cookies you my car. I didn't want cookies, I wanted some double cheeseburgers, but she convinced me I wanted cookies too. So I bought cookies and burgers and I got home and the cookies are pretty tasty and they're very large. I like the Wendy's cookies even though I never in a million years heard of Wendy's having cookies never mind just cookies but like big fresh baked cookies. You have to try the Wendy's cookies.
