This woman needs a customer service course. I felt unwelcome while waiting for my order, and she refused to give me BBQ sauce, even though I had been there on previous days and received it for free. Her attitude is unhelpful.

I stopped in at this location around 11:15 PM last night on my drive home, craving a burger—and wow, did they deliver. This was hands down the best fast-food burger I’ve ever had.
I ordered the double cheeseburger, and when I opened the bag and pulled it out, I was honestly blown away. It was huge. When I unwrapped it, I couldn’t believe the presentation—this burger actually looked like it came straight out of the commercial, not some smashed, sloppy version you usually get.
The patties were juicy and thick, the tomatoes were fresh, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the lettuce looked like it had just been cut. Even the bun looked like it had been handled with care when it was placed in the bag.
The fries were another win—super hot, firm, crispy, and perfectly salted. On top of all that, the service was incredibly fast. Wendy’s is usually pretty slow wherever I go, but this location got my order out quicker than any fast-food place I’ve been to—and with the best quality I’ve seen.
The woman working was also super friendly, which made the experience even better. My only regret is not taking a picture—I was tired and just trying to get back on the road. But between the taste, presentation, speed, and overall quality, I had to give major kudos. Absolutely blown away.

I visited the Wendy’s on Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs around 10 PM and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever witnessed. I’ve been a business owner in Florida for 10 years, and I understand what real customer service is — this was the complete opposite.
The woman at the drive-thru window (a white woman with blue eyes who refused to give her name) acted as if she ran the place. She closed the doors and windows on me, ignored me, and even pushed another employee aside just to confront me after I calmly asked what the issue was and why I was being treated so poorly.
I waited in my car for about 20 minutes. When my food was finally prepared, she threw it away and then attempted to retrieve it from the trash to serve it to me — which is completely unsafe and unacceptable. On top of that, they refused to even take my money for the order I was trying to pay for. I was willing, ready, and able to pay, and they still declined to serve me.
I ended up calling the police. When officers arrived, the woman still refused to identify herself or provide her name. I eventually left and got food somewhere else, but the point is simple: you do not treat customers like this. I was respectful and calm the entire time.
If the staff is tired or frustrated, that doesn’t give them permission to profile customers, refuse service, ignore health and safety standards, or act disrespectfully. The drive-thru is open until 1 AM — I arrived at 10:50 PM — so there was absolutely no excuse for this behavior.
Tomorrow, I will be returning to speak with the supervisor and file a formal complaint. I hope this review reaches the district manager and Wendy’s corporate office, because this kind of behavior should not be tolerated. No customer should be treated this way.
