One specific employee repeatedly tells me they’ve “run out of food” and are resetting the system to prepare for breakfast, claiming it takes an hour. This is infuriating because other employees have served me during this exact time with no issue. This is clearly not a system problem—it’s one person refusing to do her job. Because of this, I’ve gone home hungry more than once after a long shift. If management wants to stop losing customers, they should replace her. If overnight food isn’t actually available, this location should not be advertised as 24-hour. Completely unacceptable service.
