  I did Not get what I ordered and paid for. Opened when I got home and was very frustrated! Check your order before leaving !

  Cute new little Dunkin! I wanted to throw in my two cents. Since this spot is new it's clear to me that SOPs are being followed and thus, food is fresh tasting and delicious. Service is professional and friendly. I will certainly be back.

  My first time here was great. I saw the manager actually there and helping and there was support. I go today for my second time for lunch and there’s two obviously fresh people running the store. Those poor individuals were so stressed and there was no support. Please be more present for them!!! They can’t run your business without you.

  Literally gave me cold food. Then when I went back for my refund I was sitting at the window and the girls in there was just sitting in there phone. Safe to say I won’t be back 🤣

  Went to the brand new Dunkin Donuts in Bonita Springs today. Service - EXCELLENT, Coffee - EXCELLENT, Inside Seating - NONE, Outside Seating - ONLY 2 Tables. There are enough parking spaces for 2 Dunkin Donuts. Disappointed that there is no inside seating and only 2 tables outside.
