Today I checked the order while still in the drive through for the rude girl at the window to tell me with attitude “it’s right” for me to trust her and get home and realize it’s not right at all. Not getting orders right is already annoying enough but the rudeness accompanied with it is uncalled for. I am not sure if it’s a language thing as everyone who works there first language seems to be Spanish but it’s annoying and this is definitely the worst dunkin one could possibly visit. I even changed the way I ordered to maybe help them get it right but that seems impossible for them.

The customer service here is always friendly and fast, my coffee comes out perfect every single visit, and their Snackin’ Bacon is ALWAYS on point. Literally perfect. I appreciate the consistency and the way they actually care about getting orders right. Highly recommend this Dunkin!

I stop every Friday on my way to work since it’s the only one on the way and knew the staff as a regular. Some staff changes happened and since then this location has gone completely downhill. coffee orders always wrong or taste is off as if the coffee is old or no flavors added when asked for. When you ask them to correct it, they act as if you are talking crazy. I pull up to the drive-through, order a drink on their app menu and I am told that it’s not available and they do not know what I’m talking about more than once. Maybe they should study their own menu! I am usually not one to write a review However, the Most recent experiences with this location have deterred me from going and finding another.
