It was really bitter with no sugar, and my hashbrowns were soggy with some burnt edges. When I took it back to replace it, the manager on duty told me there was something wrong with my taste buds and that everything was fine with my order. She didn’t even refund me the hashbrowns, and we ended up just replacing it with a doughnut. When I asked if I could have a straw with my coffee, she said, "Get it yourself. It’s right over there," in a snarky tone. I understand they were busy, but I don’t feel like I should’ve been treated this way as a customer.

AND TO ADD ON he slammed the window in my face, he clarified the order and i said no ____ is what i got & slammed and walked away the second i was saying what i got. and still proceeded to give me the wrong drink. this isn’t the first time this has happened and its only with him. i was not an ounce bit rude to him both times. what a shame

Finally get to window and poor kid was working all by himself. Drink was delicious, service was poor. Drinks in photo obviously sitting for awhile.
