    We come to this location every Christmas Eve. We sat in the bar area, and Corey our server was outstanding. Absolutely top notch!! He was right on top of drink refills, food, and any items we needed. He deserves ten stars!

    My wife and I attended the Carrabba’s Italian Grill wine dinner featuring Caymus Vineyards, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. This was far more than just a dinner—it was a masterful showcase of exceptional wine pairing and culinary excellence. The menu was spectacular, but the wood-grilled filet topped with Gorgonzola and Calabrian Shrimp was, without a doubt, the star of the show. The steak was perfectly cooked, the Gorgonzola offered a beautiful, sharp richness, and the Calabrian chili heat in the shrimp provided an exciting, authentic Italian kick that elevated the entire dish. Each course was expertly designed to complement the Caymus selections, making the pairings sing. The entire staff deserves immense praise for making the evening flawless. Our server, Caiden, was great. And a special thanks to our host, Ashley, who ensured every guest felt welcomed and handled the flow of the large event with grace and efficiency. Congratulations to the entire Carrabba’s team! This event set an incredibly high bar for future wine dinners. We can’t wait to attend the next one!
