  Every morning I ask for less ice and I get an entire cup full and my coffee is gone in 2 minutes. Nice girls at the window but I’m not there to make friends.

  Could not have been more impressed by the new Dunkin in town! The manager is top tier & it really shows throughout the team & store! Not to mention the coffee is 10/10!!

  Best Dunkin experience I have had. Best Dunkin in America. Amazing staff. Attentive. Honest. Quick. Nothing else you can ask for. Literally a perfectly run establishment. Making this apart of my daily routine.

  First time visiting the new Dunkin Donuts in Bonita Springs. Overall happy and excited that they opened this place as I travel from Ft Myers to Naples frequently. My first stop here today 3/19 @ 7:06:08am ordered a Small French Vanilla Latte Hot and received no French Vanilla in my Latte. The African American gentlemen was polite and welcoming. The Caucasian young girl with a long hair is the one who made my latte from what I seen she didn't look at all thrilled to be working, and then the other coworker was looking busy down a counter with a rag while holding her phone in her other hand, as if she couldn't put it away or didn't have enough time at home to be on it looking also like she does not want to be there and I understand that they are young and I understand that this is a new location and it is going to take some time, but I also believe that first impressions are everything and based on the location and it's surroundings there's a high value of expectations, especially when it comes to coffee. I ran down to the other Dunkin' Donuts down the road 28155 to get my latte.

  March 12th 2026 . First time at this Bonita Dunkin ! I've driven past it so many times while it was being built, and now that it's open, I finally dropped in! 🍩☕ #Dunkin #Bonita #Coffee It's a smaller Dunkin, as it primarily operates as a drive-through service location, though you are still welcome to enter and place an order at the counter. I placed my mobile order and walked in to pick it up. I just wish there was more of a greeting IE: a simple, good morning, as you walk in. Just feel like they're NOT happy to do their job. DOWN RIGHT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY. I've been to many other Dunkin locations, were I do get a good morning greeting from the employees, but not at this location. I think the lack of face to face interactions with customers since this location is a mostly drive through. They don't know how to interact with people face to face. Just my POV.
