  Best Dunkin' in town! Everyone is so nice, the coffee is the best here and the food comes out perfect and hot. I will drive past the other ones to go here.

  Absolutely disrespectful staff, I was cussed out by a teenager with a tablet. They have people backed up into the road because they dont use the thing called an ordering menu board. She's walking through the parking lot on a tablet while not during busy hours.... completely inconveniencing other customers trying to enter the plaza. Preventing customers from entering the parking lot crossing from 7-eleven because they are "doing their job".

  When I complained about my food being cold they said thats the way they make it. That is crazy to even say a breakfast item such as hash browns is served cold. Never again to that Dunkin Donut shop

  The two boys working today (March 17th) around 2pm really need a manager to monitor them. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I did a mobile order and when I got there only half of it was ready I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the drink ( that I had to ask for twice). In that 30 minutes I witnessed them ignore and be so incredibly rude to multiple customers. Including one man looking for the straws (which needed to be refilled, the napkins too) and a lady asking to speak to a manager after the boy with glasses charged her too much, was refusing to pay it back and he tried to give her food he’d dropped. she had to ask him multiple times for the rest of her order and she kept getting ignored. He was so quick to be rude it’s disgusting. He then called someone I’m assuming it was “the manager” and you could hear and see him all heated talking (borderline yelling) on the phone.
