  La Peor forma de tratar a un cliente su nombre es Kevin eso dice su camiseta es pedante y grosero. No permite colocar adicionales a las comidas y trata muy mal al cliente. Soy cliente de comer en casi todos los subway del pais y este es una decepción 😕

  Accidentally ordered to Bonifay FL location instead of Florala AL, I kept trying to call and no one would answer the phone so I couldn’t cancel the order. I had to drive 1 hr to the location just for them to tell me it is my own fault and they couldn’t refund me but also would not let me get the food I already paid for. I would not recommend this location at all I don’t know if they were high or drunk working but the pair seemed slow. I wasted time and gas for something they could have picked up the phone to tell me.

  Weird. Did an online order when I got there they said it was voided, but I clearly had proof that it was ordered and showed it was taken out of my account. The guy said it would be refunded to my card. Well, it wasn’t and the transaction was 100% processed, so now I have to dispute it on my card. Weird and scammy
