However, a lot of the ingredients were clearly out there for a while, most notably the rice. I got the brown rice, but most of it was crunchy, and in a really bad way. Had a steak burrito, and every bit seemed to have moments where it felt like a might break a tooth because the rice was so hard. If this place is busy and they’re constantly churning out fresh ingredients, this place can be good. A lot of sauces to choose from behind the counter, would be nice if they would also be available for us to take our own.
- ZTzae tovenMar 8, 20261.0Save your money and don’t eat here not worth $14 I decided to order a pick up and give this place a try on my break from work, I placed an order @12:52pm & the estimated time fore the order to be ready was 1:07pm-1:17pm When I arrived at 1:15pm my order wasn’t ready and the store wasn’t busy, one other customer in the store. I advised I was picking up an order & they didn’t start until I got there and waiting until 1:30pm when it was finished. Over the food was missing half of the toppings of the bowl - sour cream - Cheese - Guac The rice was inedible at the bottom of the bowl, a hard crunch mess & the shrimp that they advertised online wasn’t appetizing. I took a few bites and threw out the bowl, it was terrible. I did have queso with chips and that was actually good but the build your own bowl was nasty 0/10
