AVOID! This is by far the worst Panera I’ve ever experienced. The location feels outdated and unclean, and the food quality is far below any other Panera I’ve visited. The staff is rude and unwelcoming. When you raise an issue, the response is simply: “It’s prepared the way it should be,” and that’s the end of the conversation. For example, the mac & cheese was essentially melted cheese with barely any macaroni. I pointed out that other Panera locations serve it properly and that this was ordered for a 5-year-old, but nothing was done. They even admitted it looked “a bit special,” yet refused to remake it or apologize. I had to throw it away. Salads are just as disappointing. A full-size portion here looks like half of what you’d get at other locations. Adding chicken? Expect just a few pieces, if any. Dressing is inconsistent—you might get one partially filled container and have to go back for more. The cleanliness is another major issue. There’s often a strong sewer-like smell inside, likely from restroom problems. It’s extremely unpleasant, especially when you’re trying to eat. Overall, a very poor experience. I’m honestly surprised this location is still open given the sanitation concerns. If you like Panera and expect the usual quality—avoid this one. Drive a bit further to the Delray Beach location. It’s well worth it: clean, fresh food, and friendly staff.

Stopped in to grab food for the office. This is one of the bigger locations I have been to. Friendly people and quick service. Food was delicious. I ordered ahead and it was ready when I showed up.

This café is first of all extremely understaffed and they do not have enough people to attend the customers and fulfill the orders. Everything was delayed. My order got screwed up. I ordered an ice chai latte and I got a hot one instead. I didn’t even bother to ask for another one because they were so behind. This place is disgustingly dirty everywhere, including the toaster oven, which obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The staff was so overwhelmed that they kept burning the bakery items going through the toaster. They definitely need more staff and they need to clean their toaster, the entire area and the rest of the café. The bakery case should be completely covered because there were flies swarming everywhere landing on the pastries. It’s disgusting.
