  I have had the opportunity to visit approximately 20 Panera Breads, and without a doubt this is the worst one that I have come a crossed. After 4:00pm the restaurant becomes nothing more than a hangout for unruly punks. They sit on the tables, bounce basketballs, have vulgar language, are loud, don’t clean the tables, etc. Also when they arrive they park their motorized bikes and scooters next to the doors. Management does not do anything to establish a pleasant dining experience for the adult patrons, so people are now traveling to Atlantic Avenue Panera’s to eat after 4:00. Instead of hiring kids, which hang with these unruly punks, they should hire a police officer to maintain order. They are even getting free food from the staff. I will be following up with corporate ownership about the lack of management and the desire to police this location correctly.

  I do like Panera but it can be hit or occasionally a miss. Overall I will always return and hope for a hit! But my last visit the chili was not the same as before. I did like the cibatta cheesestreak sandwich.

  Food and drinks are pretty much the same as any Panera, but how this location is approved by the health department is beyond me. The entire place is so dirty! And the bathroom could not have been cleaned in months! The floor and sinks are filthy! The paper towel holder in the handicapped stall is thick with dust and crime. I will not return. If the public spaces are this dirty, I can only imagine what the food prep area must be like!

  Don't expect hot coffee ready in the morning. This location persuaded me to cancel my Sip club membership. I have tried this location numerous times on my commute to work. Only about 50% of the time there is any hot coffee available. Every time they state it will be anywhere between 15-20 minutes to be ready and they are behind on making coffee. The food is fine, but unless you have an extra 20 minutes to spare I would seek another place in the morning.
