- MBMark BMar 23, 20261.0Ordered a cheeseburger with extra onions. It came, I opened it up and guess what? Two “specks” of onions on it, no pickles and just a dash of ketchup. The burger wrapper had primed on it XTRA Onions. Are they really trying to cut back that much? And these employees want $15.00 an hour. The girl that handed me my food and the same one who was there when I went back up to the counter said not one word to me during my encounter. This is why Chick fil A and PDQ are hitting it out of the ball park. No training on customer service, no basic understanding of how to make an order. They give you no receipt so you can leave them a review like the others. So here I am on Google reviews… Last week no tartar sauce on my fish sandwich. How hard can it be?

The manager was not acting as someone who runs the establishment should. Completely ignored when asked for service. Food is okay, but the workers here are horrible.
