  Came in on a Saturday evening with my family and our server was definitely ready to clock out when we sat down. Despite the multiple mistakes when our food and drinks came our food ended up being delish and so were our drinks. Service was poor which was a total.bummer. We could tell our server was cut for the night so we closed out our bill with him and asked the server who was rocking the station if she could finish our service. Thank goodness for Tatiana. Not only was she attentive to us, but also all her other tables including her 10 top and kept he station clean and pre-buased everything! Thank you Tatiana for saving our experience at the Lazy Dog. We will be back!

  I would say, unfortunately, those ribs were the worst I've ever had my wife, she didn't even finish half of it, not even less than half fatty and very, very tough I've had used ribs at Houston's and many other barbecue places very good. Unfortunately, yours are not good for ribs, my meal. Was $15? Not a bad price, but not great. The chicken was more a little bit undercooked. I didn't want to complain, cause I was starving and we were waiting a very long time so I figured as a food critic I would do it now so you guys could learn. The waitress was very pleasant, very nice, very slow, but very nice sincerely Isaac. 9 5 4 8 5 4 7 9 3 9. Hopefully, you get better quality food. It was also a couple elderly. They were waiting for 1520 minutes without even a server. And they got up and left, this was done yesterday on the eighth Of april

  Fun place for lunch or dinner. Crowded, and a background dinner noise of everyone talking. Service can be slow, drinks took way too long to get. Everyone at our table enjoyed the food. I had the Fried Chicken with smashed potatoes, and a spinach something, that was pretty good. For dessert we shared 2 brownies with ice cream on top. Prices for everyone, with drinks, came out to about $40.00 pp. Enjoyed it, give it a try.

  We’ve been before with our dog and had great experiences which is why our service this past Thursday 4/2 was such a letdown. We arrived at 7:45 and my boyfriend went in to request our table. We were told it would be 10 mins. We ended up waiting for an hour, only to be sat and sit at our table by the hostess with no servers coming by for at least 5 mins (we were sat around 8:45 and around 8:50 set a timer for 5 minutes to leave if no one came by). After we did the 25 minutes drive home and went through a drive thru line we got a text that our table was ready through Opentable. There looked to be a lot of large parties which makes sense for the holidays but at that point we would have preferred being honest with our wait time and at least not be sat when a server wouldn’t actually be ready for us Overall a really disappointing experience that makes us hesitant to return when this previously was a favorite for how well our dog got treated and liking the food for a reasonable price.

  Our server, Sydney, was amazing. We had gone there for lunch and there happened to be a fundraiser for dog adoption. It was pouring rain, on a Sunday and it was very chaotic due to the high winds and rain and all the people trying to get out of it. We wanted to sit out in the enclosed patio but soon found out that it was not going to work after we were seated and placed our orders. We asked if we could move back inside; without hesitation, she got us moved to a new table inside and saved the day. Service was great AND she comped a meal for our service dog. THANK YOU SYDNEY!
