We are no longer being offered the same product quality that was served years ago. For a fast food restaurant, Wendy's, in particular, used to offer excellent service and food quality. It is incumbent upon the customer to continue demanding better service and product quality, and to stop accepting this awful presentation and poor product, especially as the prices are absurdly high for this type of food.

I didn't have a quarter and I wasn't going to have them ring my card again for it. Got home and NO sauce was in the bag at all. How disappointing! Are they that pressed they can't give an extra sauce to a 9 year old? He was not satisfied eating nuggets and fries with no dipping sauce! Who would be?
