  Lobster roll was delicious! We live in New England so we have access to lobster rolls all the time. I was disappointed in the size of the lobster roll. For $30 there should have been more lobster like the pictures on the website. We ordered the Connecticut roll, the roll to lobster ratio was way off. Roll was a good size for my 4 year old! But I would need to order at least 2 rolls and a side to be full.

  Ordered on line for a 6:30 pickup, arrived on time and was told the order was cancelled and refunded. The response when asked why was, they ran out of lobster and that the lobster bisque hasn’t been available for two days. If the order was placed in the early afternoon, payment accepted, the food for it should have been put aside. Also if the bisque wasn’t available why was it accepted when ordered. Very disappointing, always enjoyed ordering from you, but in future just don’t know whether I should take a chance on my next dinner being canceled too.

  A got the Lobster Rolls for my mother-in-law, wife and sister-in-law for Valentines Day. The lobster rolls were tasty and the buttered roll was delicious too! The only thing that I wasn't too keen on was the portion size of the coleslaw. If the coleslaw was a little bit bigger, I would have given a 5 Star review for the food.

  False advertisement.. the lobster was cold & the bread was very wet .. -& the restaurant looks like A surf store .. when ask the clerk to heat up the lobster he refused and says the lobster is precooked ..I will step a foot in that place again .. the food doesn't represent the pictures online .. definitely wasn't worth $32 I spend on good quality of food

  The absolute worst customer service. We placed an order for a business lunch online. When our employee went to pick up the food they said they never received the order. Frustrating but it was what it was. We never received any food from the order as we did not have time to wait for it to be prepared then. Hence why we ordered online ahead of time. We later saw the charge for the order pending on our credit card. We called and the owner apologized and said he would reverse the charge. The charge for the full order did not go through but we were charged $20. We called to find out why and the owner was incredibly rude. At first was acting as if there was no charge because he reversed it but by the end admitting the charge is not something he controls and it’s done by the system he uses. Ok well if the system fails and you don’t receive the order they should not get to charge anything. He kept insisting he needed to speak with the owner of the business I work for because business owner to business owner would understand why the $20 charge was still there. No. No order was fulfilled and we should not pay anything. Needless to say we will be disputing the charge with our credit card company and filing a complaint to the BBB. But DO NOT go here unless you want to be scammed and mistreated.
